After an HVAC failure I chose Moon to replace my entire system. John sold me a system based on the specs he thought would be a better fit. I was concerned about going with a small ton system for the A/C but John assured me it would handle it. Heating was great but the A/C unit was indeed a bit too small to handle the high ceilings and sun exposures of the mid summer sun. I think all of Moon's top notch experienced techs at one time or another were at my house almost weekly or biweekly because the system wasn't keeping the house cool. My electric bills were insane and because I finally had to revert to adding window units to assist the A/C. They worked endlessly that summer and I'm sure the mere mention of my name was frustrating for them and I felt bad but it was a huge issue. Moon was super fair and honest with me not charging me for one of those visits and ultimately replacing the 3ton A/C with the original sized 4ton system at no charge at all to me. I thought that was pretty amazing and it showed incredible integrity and never once were they not there for me with additional returns due to a difficult venting installation and correction. I can't say enough about how they stand by their work. All I can say is impressive. I waited a bit to write this as this was my first full season of the summer heat with the new system and it worked wonderfully. I do what Paul instructed, to let the upstair get cool first before the downstairs is adjusted. Really very grateful and appreciative for everyone's help including the girls who were always kind, considerate and sympathetic to my issues. They will always have my gratitude.

My service technicians, Brian and Andy, were very professional. We had some damage outside due to a dog I had fostered, and during their seasonal service visit, it was determined that the damage was a safety risk for my family and my pets. They were able to fix the issue today at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend their service team. Customer Service is always a priority, which makes working with them always a pleasure.

Although my service is not over yet, tech diagnosed the problem accurately from my understanding and did a temporary fix before a permanent one can be implemented. The nature of the repair involves repairing a leak in the refrigerant system. Cost although is a concern, is irrelevant in HVAC, any repair necessary must be performed due to its critical nature. The key here is correct diagnoses to limit unnecessary cost and repairs which I believe I got from Moon Services. Repair and estimate for permanent repair is reasonable.

I went with Moon Services based on previous reviews found here and I must say I'm very pleased with the services performed. Bill came out an assessed the work I was requesting and gave me fair quote and a walk through of what the processed entailed. He even found some issues which would not meet code upon inspection. After the initial walk through we agreed on a time and date to start the work and the rest was in their hands. Bill and his help showed up early and ready to work and they did so all day (I'm not even sure they took a break). They ran into some issues but after seeking my approval on a few modifications they adapted and fixed the issues. Just to ensure everything was in tip top shape they came back out the next day to tie up loose ends and make the work look pretty. Overall the experience was great, the crew was very personable, professional, and more importantly they do great work. I no longer have to live in fear of an old electrical panel catching fire and destroying whats precious to me, and for that I can thank Moon Services. Note: Both my dogs liked them so they must be good guys!!!

I liked this company and the previous person they sent to conduct requested repairs, so I signed up for a contract, which gave me a discount on parts and services, as well as a yearly service. At the time of my yearly service, Moon Air sent two unfamiliar gentlemen to conduct it. They spent over two hours in my house, attic, and with the unit. Up to this point, my unit worked properly and I had no issues. However their assessment differed greatly. They adamantly insisted that I need over $400 worth of work and parts replaced on my unit. They were unable to tell me specific parts, other than sensor and control board. When pressed for more information on what was wrong, all they did was provide my unit's model number. It seemed very disingenuous. I proceeded to call a separate company (the company that installed my unit for the previous owners) to schedule a diagnosis with them for a second opinion. They found absolutely nothing wrong with my unit and saved me the trouble of unnecessary "repairs." I would not recommend this company unless you want to spend money on unnecessary work.

Happy with service. I needed my furnace inspected and cleaned, but because it's getting old (but still works just fine), I was afraid I'd get a sales pitch, which happens all the time these days. I pretty much dread service calls because of the inevitable sales pitch. But surprise! Moon Services didn't do this. The guy inspected and cleaned my furnace. He told me it's getting old, showed me why (little bits of rust), and explained what to be concerned about. But the bottom line is that it still works and it's still safe, and he just did his job. Thank you Moon Services.

My name is Kevin,our heat went out end of Feb. We called Steve he answered and was very informative, to the piont and friendly.We scheduled an apt. within a day,talked with him and four other potential contractors in which two of those cancelled one reason or another.He was able to get us financing since we did not have cash for the job.They got the job done four days after we talked and the job was very quick .I would absolutely recomend them to any one needing some type of heater assistance.Great job guys11111111
