John Given was prompt and courteous. He took the samples on Friday, explained it takes about 72 hours and we should have the results by the following Wed. Since he was out of the office on Wed. he did call early Wed. evening to share the results. No mold! He explained the results, asked if we had questions and then emailed me the full report. If we had any more questions we were to call him. Hopefully we will not need these services again but it was a good way to have peace of mind. I would use them again and recommend this company to others.
Description of Work: Three mold and mildew samples were taken. $125.00 each sample. One sample was from outside the house, one in our downstairs and one upstairs. We had been having an odor in our house from water in the heat ducts.
