From start to finish GTL could not have been better.  We met them at the Maryland Home and Garden Show in the fall.  Had no intention of going through with our pipedream.  Starting talking to them and they offered to come out, the next day, and give us a free estimate for building a screened in porch.  Danny came out and could not have been nicer. He listened to our ideas.  Danny gave us a number of options and we realized we could do it within our budget.  He sketched out a plan, give us options and worked with us to make the whole thing doable. Even worked out a very reasonable finance plan.  It was right before Thanksgiving.  They estimated the job to be done in January.  It was completed on January 2!  It looks gorgeous.
The various workmen were all so respectful and confident.  Everyone was very responsive when we asked questions.  All debris was thoroughly cleaned up after the job was completed.  They even spread out the dirt that had been disturbed. 
Many thanks to Travis, Murray, Steve and all the others who did such a nice job.  I would have no qualms at all about recommending GTL for remodeling jobs.  Hoping to use them again the future!!

Let me first say that I would highly reccommend this company. We were in the market for foam backed siding & decent windows. We had several companies give estimates. GTL salesman Dan was very accomodating and worked well with us. We decided to get Mastic Structure siding & Siminton 5500 reflections windows, we also mentioned a portico which I was going to put off till later, but Dan told us that he would give us a good price. The guys to construct the portico ( Mike & Steve) were her on time and finished the same day. The window team (Carrol) arrived on time but had to wait on the windows to be delivered (10:00). Th siding team (Davey&team)arrived @ 10:00am also. The window team was finished at about 3:00pm, the siding continued to work until 7:00 and finished the next day. Steve returned the following week to install the portico rails and install the portico overhead light. Gary & Tim (owners) and employees were very quick to satisfy our concerns and questions. Highly reccommend

Replaced patio doors. New patio roof and insulation. New deck. They were courteous, did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend them.

Having just written the final check for our completed addition I cannot begin to say enough good things about this company. From beginning to end they were top notch. GTL was the first of five companies we got quotes from. They were aware of this and did not pressure us in any way to use them. They were the most reasonably priced in the end. We were concerned about finding a company that was comfortable and experienced with adding on to older homes and they fit the bill 100%. Many other companies wanted to sell us a lot of custom upgrades which given the modest size of our home (1200 square feet before the addition) simply made no sense to us. GTL never pressured us to spend more money than was necessary. In the end after getting five quotes we asked for references and another couple invited us to see their three year old similar addition on an older home-it looked great and that sealed the deal.
Once we decided on GTL we went through an arduous refinancing process of our home which paid for the addition. We have lived here for 15 years, tons of equity, great credit yet we were dealing with a bank that simply wasn't getting the job done-after a month they still hadn't had an appraisal done. Murray Slattery (sales rep from GTL) stepped in, called a friend of his from a local bank at 7pm on a weeknight from our dining room while the banker was at his kids soccer game, asked if they could help out and in no time flat we switched banks and had our loan two months later.
GTL predicted the addition would take approximately two months from start to finish. They finished right on schedule. My husband and I have done extensive renovations on our home ourselves so are well aware of what is involved with various aspects of construction since we have our fair share of mistakes. We were impressed with crews showed up on time, 8am sharp during peak parts of the process,. All were neat, clean, and courteous. Every inspection was passed. Every single group from the carpenters>drywall team>roofers>siders>painters>insulation installers, etc did A+ jobs. Today sitting in our addition which added about 25% space to our home, I very happily wrote the final check. GTL made our dream of a light, airy, peaceful sunroom with views of woods in our backyard come true. We would happily hire them again and would be more than happy to provide references, and links to my website where I documented in photos the construction from pre-day 1 to the end.

I did not dislike anything about it; they were quick and I have nothing bad to say about them.

GTL was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. We shopped around quite a bit and they gave us the best price. We were absolutely blown away by the quality of work. Everything was absolutely fantastic. The customer service was exceptional and the men that came to work on our home every day were complete gentlemen and truly gifted in their individual crafts. Murray and Travis were our 2 main points of contact throughout the process and they were on top of every detail. I will absolutely use GTL again and will recommend them to anyone that will listen.
