They changed my oil. My car was also having vibration problems. It took about a day for repairs. The workers were very personable and detail oriented. It's a small shop so they get a chance to really know you. Once they get your maintenance schedule going whether you decide to get the work done or not its up to you. They do tell you what's coming up and what's needed. They give you a projection of what's needed later. They really are very good. The prices are reasonable. They are punctual. Their professionalism is excellent. I like the fact that they have set garage hours. That may be a problem for some people but for me it shows orderliness. They work with you if you have special circumstances. They have a set time for you and you are in and out in a few hours. They always give you the option of waiting or coming back. They are really good. They are honest. They have a good reputation and want to keep their customers happy.

They were actually $300 cheaper than the average price quote. They gave really excellent advice about how to take care of the car. They have really great hours and they are punctual. They will also work with you and your schedule if it's a little bit different. I thought they did really excellent, excellent work. I'll be working with them from hear on out. It's really hard to find honest auto mechanics. Both my son and I agree that this company is very honest and very good. There was a long time customer there when we were that just spoke so highly of them. This guy I really recommend.

I originally took my vehicle in in mid January to find out why the check engine light was coming on. John kept me updated throughout the day as to what they were doing to find the cause of the problem, and to let me know what needed to be done to fix the problem. He also gave me a quote to fix an additional problem that I had not mentioned to them but that I was aware of. I did not feel pressured to buy any parts or services or to make any and quot;urgentand quot; decisions. Once the problem was found and I agreed to the repairs, the job was done quickly. Even though I told them on several occasions that it was not imperative that I had the car back quickly, the repair was finished within one day. When I picked the car up, John was very personable and explained every thing that was done in terms that were easy to understand. Even though they needed to do something above what they originally quoted me, the bill was only for the amount that was quoted.
I started to have the same issue with the secondary problem that was fixed not too long after the repair. I called to bring my car back in and they scheduled an appointment for me very quickly. It turned out that one of the parts that was replaced was faulty and it had to be replaced again. This was done at no charge to me and again, within one day.
They made it very clear that keeping the customer informed, doing the job right, and making the customer happy are their goals and they do a great job of doing all of those things. I will certainly take my car back when it needs more repairs and I highly recommend Gary Simpers Automotive to any one in need of auto repair services!
