Description of Work: Cut flowers were purchased. They were stuck in water tubes and sent away packed nicely with some flower food. The roses only lasted 3 days even though I cut their stems, changed the water, and used the flower food. I contacted the florist about this; and she handled my complaint in a professional and satisfactory way.
