I could write a book if you would like I can email you exactly what happened and dates.
Description of Work: Installation of cable, internet, phone - has not been properly installed and to this date 7/5/15 one year later I'm still having problems.

It is a cable company, nobody's good. My wife always finds the best deal, so I guess that is the best thing out there.
Description of Work: We use Comcast. Not long ago they upgraded to Xfinity. I use them for internet, phone and cable.

Description of Work: The fact that Comcast exists leads a lot of credence to the idea that customer service does not matter to large companies. My bill started off at $100 as an introductory rate for a year. Suddenly 9 months later it's 120 a month after that it's 150. I called and tried to get an explanation and after the third time calling and waiting in line for "customer service" for about an hour and a half the associate I spoke with had no idea why my bill increased. They didn't attempt to figure it out and when I asked for a supervisor they have me another number with another automated message and hours of waiting. The bottom line is you don't matter to Comcast and while there are some decent employees, the overall atmosphere of the company is "you have no other choice, so we will take your money." I am praying for verizon to come to the area.

Description of Work: Due to a move, we have an old account in a different state and a new account. They mixed up the accounts and that caused our current account to go "delinquent." They have either suspended or threatened to suspend our account for three months now. We have had them fill out "ER" tickets each month, but one month's fee is due or they cut off services. Even if it is there fault. Horrible Customer Service.
