Home Building
They walked out on the subdivision leaving unfinished roads, construction garbage (large concrete drains), un-maintained empty lots, no club-house, pool, playgrounds, and everything else they promised when we bought the home. When confronted with the issues through their HOA (homeowners have no say) we are given nothing but grief. If you complain you will be sure to get a letter stating you are doing something wrong and may be fined. At the time it was Ryan Homes (I wouldn't buy from them either), but they represented Clark Turner. I would not trust anything that has their name on it.
