Pool and Spa Servicing
Started work 7/3/19 -- finished today 7/13/20. Issue was misdiagnosed (propane line was the problem) and replaced many things that didn't need replacing. I get that that can happen but then to charge me today an extra $100 to meet propane guy out here today (an hour late).....just unbelievable. Also was harassed by Debbie in office about me not paying my bill over the winter when the heater still didn't work. No apology for it taking a year to fix and misdiagnosing the issue. (And professionalism got a good because I had no issues with the actual repairman's professionalism - just the office staff.)
