House Cleaning
House cleaning as described in a Groupon, was ineffectively performed. Simple elements of the service were not finished within given rooms ( bathroom floor half cleaned). There are shoe footprints on our new sofa from their cleaning position. Their vacuum malfunctioned and they used my tools to repair (albeit they did ask). When some elements of our dissatisfaction were sent in a very polite email, their response was aggressive at the least. I am so blown away by this.
