They are excellent. This is another company that I’ve been using for like 10 years. I have definitely have problem areas. I haven’t had them do the whole house in awhile and I have a lot of hardwood. What’s different about them is the chemical that they use. They use chemicals that don’t give off some of the fumes and that they are better for the fibers of the carpet. I had people come in previously where the carpet was wet. It loosened up the carpet. With them, when they leave, the carpet may be damp but doesn’t feel like that. They do come with their booties on. He comes in prepared. The owner of the company actually teaches because he has a green certification. Initially, the owner of the company was the one coming out. He lived in my community for a long time so I see their truck a lot. That was nice. He trains other companies to use the system that he used, which is excellent. I’ve been with them for a long time. The price has been consistent for what I have them do. They are always on time. One of my cats made a mess. She started going on. It was horrible.  I thought I was going to replace my carpet. It was that bad. They came in. He explained to me what the challenges were and what products not to use , such as the products in the vet store that tell me  it is going to treat that, but actually make it harder to get it out. He recommended products that would actually help without damaging the carpet or making it harder to actually get it out. He is also honest with me. He said that we may have to do this several times. I don’t need to replace the carpet but it’s not a one-time job. When cats do this it’s not a one-time treatment thing because she had done it some much. I appreciated the honesty with that. They were excellent with the stain removal. When I bought this house, I kept my condo as a rental property. When my first tenant moved out, the carpet was so nasty that I thought I was going to pull up the carpet. They had a small child, clearly and there had been spills. I called them and he came in. When I came back, it looked like a brand new carpet. I was shocked so that was great. He offers those move out services so definitely it can be more intense. It looked like it was back when we moved in. I was very pleased to have that.

The results are remarkable! I never imagined the stairs in particular would turn out as nice as they did. I am very satisfied. Shaun came on in spite of snowy conditions and took care to protect my floors with shoe covers. I highly recommend Superior Steam Cleaners and will use them again for regualr maintenance.

Shawn returned my initial phone call within 2 hours on a Friday and were out on Monday morning. They were friendly, professional, respectful and I can't say enough about the job they did. These carpets are in a rental property and they looked so bad I thought for sure I would have to replace them. These gentlemen managed to bring all of them back to life and save me a bundle. Don't hesitate to use this family owned business. They are the best.

I have been using this company for 10 years now and can't say enough good things about them. They always do a thorough and efficient job. Once when I had a some renters move out of a rental home of mine I thought the carpets were completely ruined. I gave them a call and they looked better than when the renters had moved it!

We called and set up an appointment, shaun showed up as expected, and did a fantastic job.

Randy and Shawn are the best. I have used them multiple times over the last few years. They
call back immediately and if you have an emergency,many times can schedule same day service.
If there is anything you are unhappy with, they will come back and spot clean again.

They are very responsive and they do a good job. They seem to be very competent and trustworthy. They always do what they're supposed to do. They changed their name recently. We have a coupon from them. They are very good overall. They always send e-mails and stuff. We love them, but they keep changing names and people.
