Stellar Cleaning is a full service cleaning company. We have been in business over two years of which the last year has been focused on providing services for property management companies and residential clients. We have an excellent track record of customer satisfaction and do not compromise on the quality of services provided to our partners. Although we are a small business we have quality control procedures implemented to ensure that each job is completed professionally and on time. We take pride in our work. Stellar Construction and Labor offers two types of cleans. Deep Cleans are a thorough cleaning of every room inside the property. In the kitchen we clean inside the microwave, every cabinet (in and out), counter tops, backsplashes, and appliances. Bathroom toilets, tubs, showers and fixtures are sanitized with commercial grade cleaners. Every area with carpet is vacuumed to leave short stroke patterns and all windows and panes throughout the house are cleaned. Vinyl, hardwood and tiled floors are mopped using appropriate cleaners. Ceiling fans, light fixtures and baseboards are wiped free of dust and dirt. Touch up cleans include all the services of a deep clean except window cleaning. We take before, during and after pictures of each clean (upon request) and leave a minimum of three air fresheners per house. We are insured. Vendor application will be scanned and emailed separately.
