PRO DESIGN & BUILD

He gutted the bathroom before any of the product was ordered. It has been two years and I just finished repainting the bathroom yesterday because the job his men did was so horrible. I have tried to forget most of what went wrong. This is what I remember. Much of the work was done by his men, but I will refer to "he" meaning whomever did the work. 1. He build a knee wall to support shower walls - it had to be rebuilt when I pointed out that the shower door would hit the base cabinet. 2. He laid tile that was done so badly that he redid the job on his dime because when it was grouted, he finally had to admit how badly it was done - he charged his worker half the cost. 3. He had to replaced a door because he created a whole in it & had to repair numerous chips/knicks etc in door frames, walls, ceiling 4. He didn't protect the clothes in our closet - I gave that one up and paid to have my husband suits dry cleaned 5. Twice water poured into my family room below because he didn't seal the pipes before turning on the water 6. After I paid him, there was another leak into the family room below. He told me he was out of business and I would have to contact his partner to get the problem fixed - Chris at Cornerstone Design and Remodeling never returned my call. I still haven't figured out what is causing the leak which is why I signed up for Angies List. Please don't hire this guy - he is totally irresponsible.

They did a perfect job. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to be working with someone that I have complete confidence in. He can really pinpoint problems or thing that should be done. I'm going to have him do some more work for me soon. It feels so good to have somebody that you can trust.
