They came by and installed two units. One unit doesn't work properly. Every time winter hits there is a code 31 and we have no heat. We have to use electric heaters to compensate. The vent in one of my bathrooms in in the middle of the floor. The company cannot find the problem with the bad unit and is to date refusing to attempt to fix it. Bad business.
