They forgot to add the eave vent when they put the new roof on. I have been waiting over 4 months for them to come and correct that. Also still waiting for 3 skylights. They say they are going to call and don’t. They don’t give me any kind of update. The owner was supposed to call me weeks ago and never did. So I am not able to insulate and continue my project until they actually do what they were supposed to do. 4 months over winter I am without insulation waiting on them to finish their initial job. They also left nails all over the place after the work. Avoid this company at all costs. I have no idea how they have this high rating! Maybe they used to be good.

It sadden my heart to write this poor review. Before writing this review I am going to give this company another chance to get it right with us. I looked at Phoenix Remolding review on Angie List, it is Great!!! Phoenix Rep. Mr. Kendall P. came to our house was AWESOME!!! He was honest, very knowledgeable, trustworthy and he represent his company with dignity. However, the person my husband and I have been dealing with does not represent what we were expecting after meeting with Mr. Kendell P. I have been in tears these past few weeks because promises we were told as not been completed to this day Wed. Oct. 20th . Whoever the owner is of this company of 4 years... Please help us get our roof completed and our fan remove from the attic and our skylights back on.
