Well i Called, i made an appointment for the the next day and they showed up. They came to my house and went up on the roof and took a look at it, measured, and explain to me how they were going to do the job, which was very helpful. After that they sent me an estimate on my email and when i looked at it i was surprises that it was actually $500.00 cheaper then this other guys were charging me. Overall they did a Good job! They left the outside of my house clean and they took very good care of my plants.
