We are a family owned and operated business serving the area for over 30 years. NCCI started as a siding installation company and expanded into the roofing business in 1995. From there it was only natural to include gutters and windows in our scope of work. With so many years of experience behind our company we have every confidence in providing you, the homeowner, the best quality and service you deserve! I am so thankful I found New Century Construction! After the wind storm at the end of February our roof was missing shingles and needed replacing. I contacted New Century and not only were they quick to respond but they were able to get someone out the next day to temporarily repair it so we didn't have to worry about leaks. Bobbie and Zulma were even able to help me navigate through the claim I had to make with my insurance company. The day the roof was replaced a swarm of men came and were able to complete the job in less than a day. Not only does the new roof look beautiful but they cleaned up so well. I definitely plan on recommending them to friends and family and will use them again when it's time to replace our windows.

I guess I pretty well described it above. I really didn't like the tardiness as it messed up my day. I can't comment on whether the covers are working as we haven't had any rain for a month.

The company sent a repairman who looked over the problem. They e-mailed a proposal to say what the problem was and what it would take to fix it along with the cost. The repairman returned and made the repair and it is fixed to my satisfaction. I needed a downpour to see that it was repaired. The biggest problem was that it was all handled by e-mail which I don't look at often; so I would call the company and everything was resolved over the phone (proposal, billing and payment). Thanks to Angie's list the price I paid was great.

Excellent! We have an older home (built in the early 70s) with windows that were incredibly old, drafty, and in overall bad shape. We had used New Century Construction for siding repair before. They had provided extremely reasonable prices, with good quality materials and excellent workmanship and customer service. So, we went back to them and inquired about new windows and sliding glass door. Within a week - they came out to do measurements, provide an estimate, and voila - 14 windows, and one sliding glass door later, I'm feel like I'm sitting in a new home! I immediately felt the difference in my home - temperature was noticeably tempered by the new windows, and everything was pristine. Bobbie from NCC Inc. was terrific in helping us set up convenient times for the crew to come out - and the crew came on time, worked efficiently and was extremely courteous. They got everything done (and cleaned up) withing ONE day. I'm so happy with my new windows and door, I've been dancing in my house all day! :) If you need new windows installed professionally, and at a reasonable price - look no further. Two happy thumbs up for New Century Construction!

We were certain that we'd have problems replacing the old siding without making the new pieces look out of place - but New Century Construction came (on time) to provide an estimate, and consulted with us on a perfect solution (for our wallets, AND a perfect match for our home)! We're also now looking to replace our drafty windows (in preparation of our new baby), and definitively plan to use New Century Construction services again.

The windows were replaced in 2009 at my condo. The contractor came out to measure and discuss the different window and sliding glass door options. I had to take the proposal to the condo association, which they approved. On the day of installation they arrived at the expected time and spent all day there, making sure I was happy with the work. They did a great job with clean up after they were finished. Also, shortly after I had moved into my house in 2014 I was having an issue with my roof. While I just had them do windows, I knew the company did roofing as well and gave them a call. They sent a contractor out within a day of my call and discovered that I had a cracked seal around one of the pipes sticking out of the roof. They checked the other pipes and resealed all of them just to be safe. I plan on getting a quote from them in the near future for my gutters and downspouts.

Appointment for estimate was on-time and included good communication on scope of work to be performed. Phone and email communication before and after accepting estimate was quickly returned and clearly communicated to answer questions, schedule work and to verify materials and colors prior to work commencing. Work was performed over two Saturdays, roofing on the first Saturday. The crew arrived and started on schedule, appeared to work efficiently and performed a thorough clean-up. A different crew came the second Saturday to replace gutters, soffit and fascia. Again, crew arrived and started on schedule, worked efficiently, but did not clean up as well as the first crew, leaving several nails and other small debris on the ground after leaving. Final work looks good and appears to be installed well and final cost was in-line with original estimate.
