Easy scheduling, came on time. They found another part was needed to complete repair. Picked up the part for us at a good price (actually ended up charging $25 less than the original estimate) and got the repair done quickly. Would definitely hire them again.

I gave this company a call after reading a few reviews here. I just wanted a company that would come to my house to replace my windshield at a reasonable price.  The company I had used in the past gave me a quote that was much higher than comparable businesses so I decided to find somebody else.   The larger chain was also very expensive so I wanted to check out more independent type business. The reviews here were promising so I gave them a call.
It was very easy. They gave me a quick price quote and booked the appointment for the next day, which was what I wanted.  The guy showed up promptly as scheduled. He confirmed the quote and got to work.  A little while later a second man showed up to help him complete the job.  They were finished in an hour or so. 
No surprises. No mess. Seemed to have done a great job.  I'll definitely use them again.

It was very easy to make an appointment with Mobile Auto Glass. Mike arrived at our house punctually and did a fine job. We are quite happy with the results.

Things went great. They arrived when they said they would. They provided the service in the amount of time they said it would take. Their cost was much less than the national company's cost. Installer was polite and friendly. Windshields and trim look great. No leaks.

Company was attentive and responsive from the initial call through the completion of work, with informed answers to all questions. Quote was compeletely competitive, scheduling was fully responsive, and work was performed as scheduled. Craftsmanship was excellent as was the cleanup, inside and out. Office (Leslie) and technical staff (Wil) were personable and knowledgeable. Everyone was customer oriented, even when it involved extra effort by the company. Excellent experience, no issues or complaints, and I would recommend the company without reservation for auto glass work.
