I got an answering machine on my initial call and did not receive a return call for over a week. It took another week for them to call back to let me know the part had arrived and another week before they could schedule the service call. After all this waiting, they did arrive on time and quickly installed the part. However, I did not receive the senior citizen discount mentioned on the Angie's List information.

"AT THE TIME THAT THE CUSTOMER CONTACTED OUR COMPANY WE HAD GOTTEN QUITE BEHIND IN OUR SCHEDULE AND IT DID TAKE US SOME TIME TO RESPOND. WE THEN DID ORDER THE TIMER FOR THE WASHER AND HAD TO WAIT TO RECEIVE PART. WHEN WE PERFORMED THE SERVICE WE DID NOT CHARGE THE CUSTOMER ANY LABOR ONLY THE SERVICE CHARGE OF $55.00 AND THE PART COST. WE DID HOWEVER OVERLOOK THE SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT AND WE HAVE MAILED THE CUSTOMER A REFUND CHECK OF $5.50 OFF THE SERVICE CHARGE."

We called Mr. Kirsch at 9:00 AM Monday and he returned our call within one hour and started working at 12:30 PM. The washer needed a new bearing mechanism. He repaired this within 1/2 hour. He then cleaned out our freezer by blowing out the drain hole with compressed air. While at our home, we asked him to check the dryer which cut off irregularly. He found the timing circuit faulty, will order the part and return to replace it. VERY competent and efficient repair. By the way, his company's name is spelled wrong. It should be SERVICE and NOT serivce!!!

MR. KIRSCH IS HONEST AND NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF SELLING NEW APPLIANCES. YOU WILL GET YOUR APPLIANCES REPAIRED/REBUILT OR AN HONEST ANSWER ABOUT WHEN IT IS TIME TO BUY A NEW ONE.

HE CAME VERY QUICKLY WHEN CALLED AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE WAS VERY REASONABLY PRICED AND PUNCTUAL. HE CAME AT THE TIME HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO COME. HE MADE A SPECIFIC APPOINTMENT TIME AND NOT THE USUAL BETWEEN SUCH AND SUCH A TIME LIKE THE OTHER REPAIR COMPANIES GIVE YOU.
