IMPERIAL STONE PAVING LLC

Our rep was great. She was very professional and always returned our calls. She has since left the firm, so I will not use her name. Unfortunately, the work did not go as well. The crew that was there was nice enough. They did not speak English, nor was there a foreman on site for more than 10 minutes. The work they did was quite good, however they merely replaced the existing patio, instead of having it increased by approx. 2 feet around all sides. They also did not do the paver border around the flower beds. When I told this to my rep, she immediately reworked our contract to discount our bill by the border and the smaller patio. Up until 2 weeks ago, I would have given this company a B. However, I recently received a bill stating that I now owe for the 40 sq. ft. of work that was not done, and that I needed to remit payment immediately. When I sent the revised contract that my rep had given me, I was told that it was invalid and I still owed. I am very unhappy.
