Disclaimer about the cost of service: I purchased the first 3 hours from Living Social for about 1/2 price off - and purchase the additional 3 hours.

Price: I believe that their price is in the average. They did charge for their cleaning solution fee (it was $15 for us) because they are using green/organic cleaning materials. It looks like they charge cheaper for regular cleaning than for the first time deep cleaning. 

Quality: This is more of the function that the staff was running out of the 6 hours before being able to complete her work that we noticed and pointed out there are certain items were not touched. The person cleaned them afterward. To be fair, we have a lot of clutter, and she has to spend quite a bit of time to sort things away before she could do the cleaning. The house was noticeably neater and cleaner, with a nice mild smell upon coming home. 

Responsiveness: I called in twice for scheduling. On the 2nd call, I was greeted with a full mailbox message. I received a call back 2 days after my first call. The turnaround afterward is really quick, however. The lady owner came the next day for assessment and was able to schedule for the cleaning the day after that. The lady is also very responsive in returning our request for quote for regular cleaning and questions for clarifications.

Punctuality: The cleaning person came 1/2 late of the schedule. We were promised two staffs for a total of 3 hours of cleaning period - but only one showed up. We received no notice beforehand. We ended up with a 6 hours of cleaning period. We didn't have any problem with this since they started early so finished in time - but I can imagine how this could be troublesome if you are less flexible with the time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I hired Green Clean Forever after purchasing a deal through Living Social for 3 hours of cleaning services. 

I tried at least 3 different time before I received a phone call back (which should have been my first sign not to use them). 

I scheduled a time for an initial assessment before the first cleaning could be done. When the women (who I am guessing is either the owner or manager) came out to do the assessment, she stated for a home of my size it would take 5 hours to clean, which meant an additional $75 plus $15 charge for green cleaning product. First off, what kind of descent cleaning company would charge you extra for cleaning products!!! Also, my home DOES NOT take 5 hours to clean - I live in a 4 bedroom town home. 

The cleaning was scheduled for a Thursday February 2nd at 12:30 pm.  Due to the time, I had to take off a half day from work in order to accommodate their schedule (since they do not work weekends). When the scheduled time of the cleaning came, no one arrived at which point I figured that they were just running late.  After about a half an hour (1pm) I called and left a message on the only number that they provided to me.  After about another half hour (1:30pm) no one had shown up and I hadn't received a call back. I called again as well as writing an email, this time a little p***** off.  By 3:30pm, no one had arrived and I had received NO communication from anyone, at which point I call and left a message saying that I would be contacting Living Social to request a refund as well as contacting my credit card company to stop payment on the $85 I had paid. 

Miraculously, about 15 minutes later I received a phone call back apologizing stating that their had been an emergency. Now don't get me wrong, I know that emergencies happen, but being in a customer driven industry myself I feel that no matter how bad the situation you figure out a way to inform your customers of the situation. 

Even with all of the issues, I agreed to reschedule for that Saturday.  The women that had come to do the assessment arrived, with only one person to clean (the original arrangement was for two people so that it would only take 2.5 instead of 5 hours) . Also, she mentioned several times how they usually don't clean on Saturday's (as if they were doing me a favor and were inconvenienced by me). 

The ONLY redeeming aspect of the whole situation was the the women who actually preformed the service did a very good job (although it was extremely obvious that she was working slower in order to take up the whole 5 hours). 

In conclusion, I don't care how good the cleaning was, nothing was worth the aggravation that they caused!

As I stated in the beginning - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
