Heating and Air Conditioning Service
The a/c stopped working so the home warranty company sent these guys back out and the representative said the coil was no longer working. The warranty company approved a new replacement system for my home and there were some items that were excluded from the warranty so there were extra costs involved, which ETC required full payment before any work was started. They came to my home for the install and didn't measure ahead of time so the new unit did not fit so they had to clear a new area for the new unit. After the unit was installed it didn't work properly and wasn't cooling the home. The water was freezing on the condenser coils because it was installed improperly. I haven't heard back from them regarding the issues. They never called me back. They did a shoddy job and I would hate to see someone else do business with this company and receive the same service I received.
