I like them and they have good prices. I get my milk there every week. You have to get there before 3:00, big crowds. They're very nice people.

The staff seems happy; I hear they are paid a fair wage, which makes me feel good about shopping there.

I shop at Costco at least once a week. Great prices, very seldom are they out of a product, professional staff, and located minutes from my house. I recently purchased my wireless plan there. I researched for weeks before hand, and while the plan prices are the same everywhere, the Costco kiosk offers some extra accessories. Plus a 90-day return period. Nobody beats that. I'm there every week anyhow, now I can speak to a wireless agent while buying my groceries. It's a no-brainer.

They are a pleasant shopping experience. The offerings are not wide, but if you find what you like it is always backed by a forever exchange policy. I have purchased many items, both food and non-food. I have returned some items over the past and it was as expected an easy return. I just picked up some furniture which I never thought I would at Costco, but I have become a convert.

t took two days and the men worked tirelessly from 9 to 5. Several weeks earlier a salesman came to our home with samples and we spent about an hour choosing while the salesman measured the rooms. After 2 weeks the salesman called and said our capeting was in the wearhouse so we could now make an appt. for installation.Everything went as expected. We needed to remove all items from the floor and inside bookcases and cabinets. The men did all the furniture moving.

Good experience throughout. Estimator (Ira) is actually a decorator, and was good to talk with about choices. Estimate written on the spot. When I called back to say I wanted them to do the job, he stopped by next day to have me sign the papers. Install was scheduled for a Saturday (no extra charge), 2 weeks out. Installers arrived on time and set right to work. Padding and carpet was as I contracted for, and installation looks great. Best of all, not a mark on my newly painted walls! The installers wore "Luna" T-shirts, for what that's worth. I guess Costco uses installers from there.

It was raining hard, so rather than drive all the way to my normal pharmacy (located where we used to live in Ellicott City), I dropped off 2 scripts at Costco. The store had only been open for 5 minutes and there was no line at the pharmacy. So I was a little surprised when they asked if I wanted to wait. I said yes and they said 'give us 20 minutes.' That's a lot longer than my regular pharmacy (SuperFresh at 29 and 40 - love them!) takes, but I planned to do so shopping anyway. But I didn't plan to do AN HOUR's worth of shopping, which is exactly how long it took to get my 2 prescriptions filled. No apologizes were forthcoming, either, nor was any patient counseling offered! I will not be returning to Costco Pharmacy.

They did a great job. They used my frame, and their prices were great. Their services were good, and the glasses work well. They had the job done within a week.
