Columbia Tile & Marble

I was looking for a very specific tile and Columbia Tile and Marble, Inc. was the only local store were I could find it, and I spent a considerable amount of time searching through tile stores. The style was available through some on-line stores, but I needed to see the tile to make sure it would work with my remodel design. The tile came on the promised date, and the employees worked with my contractor to ensure a sufficient quantity was ordered. Columbia Tile and Marble has a huge selection, would highly recommend, especially if you are looking for something a little different.

Columbia Tile and Marble was outstanding.  They were recommended to me by Classic Granite.  I went to their showroom and I could easily have been totally overwhelmed with all the choices, but I was immediately greeted by a sales associate and she listened to me and was able to direct me to several choices.  Once I had some ideas she also suggested the decorative trim to go with the tile.  I took several samples home to view.  After I made my selection the associate helped me pick out matching shelves.  My contractor, Andersen Woodworking and Remodeling, contacted them with the square footages and ordered all the material.  Everything was ready for pick up when we needed it.

We were referred by a friend. Checked out their showroom and were pleasantly surprised. Great selections and a friendly staff. We were helped with initial style and color selection. Lent us a couple of samples to take home which helped narrow it down. Finalized order and material was at their store within a week. Customer service and selection was a big factor. They were very helpful and we didn't feel ignored.
