Delivery Service
I went to a local Home Depot store to buy flooring. However, they were going to charge me $75 for delivery, and they offered no discounts for seniors. So, I went through www.eBates.com (3% rebate!) and ordered the same flooring online...with only a $50 delivery charge. The delivery company, Braun's Express, was awesome. A very polite young woman called to schedule the delivery at a time that would be convenient for me. She then called the day before to confirm the delivery. The delivery driver was running a little late, so he called me to let me know, which was a very nice gesture. When the materials arrived, the driver was extremely polite and professional--often hard to find in today's customer-service world. I would highly recommend this delivery service.
