BILL PREHN HOME IMPROVEMENTS

It went well. Project was explained to us, quote provided and services were great. From Missy in the office to working with Chuck has been a wonderful experience. Both were very professional. In the future we will be using them to also seal the driveway new and already existing driveway. Sealing the already existing driveway was originally planned for this spring but we as homeowners needed to push the date into the future for next spring.

Bill would send me a text before and after he did any work.  He explained everything really well, and more importantly anything i had to make a decision on.  He separated part costs from labor very clearly in the final invoice. 
He got everything done way before the deadline, and seemed to take great care in his work. I will be sending his contact information to my friends and family.  I will be using his services again.

DID A VERY NICE JOB ON EVERYTHING, ESPECIALLY THE OUTSIDE OUTLET AND THE VENT. GOOD WORKER, VERY PROFESSIONAL, GOOD ASSISTANTS.

The job started with me receiving several estimates. Bill Prehn was not the lowest estimate but the lowest estimate did not meet my schedule and did not build what I actually wanted done. Bill's was not the highest estimate either, but he had more finish features in his estimate than the highest estimate did.

They broke ground quickly. Unlike some contractors who start a job and then leave and return Bill and crew were working most every day. They were considerate of not disrupting my yard or the rest of my house. Each worker was kind, polite, and skilled. There were smal glitches along the way but Bill always explained them to me fully and outlined two or three options for each.

As the work progressed they were very respectful of the remainder of my house and of not disrupting things. All along the way Bill would give regular updates which were very helpful. There was never pressure for payment although I was never late. The last payment was expected when the job was done and was given.

After the job was completed I did not hesitate in contacting Bill with questions or concerns and he always promptly and accurately replied. No problems.

One person did the drywall while the other tackled the more tedious job of centering and hanging the pictures and mirror. Both did a very good job.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HIS PERFORMANCE AND WORK. HE PERFORMED HIS JOB IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER, AND LEFT EVERY THING CLEANED UP. HE IS A VERY EFFICIENT WORKER.
