 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN RETURNING OUR CALL REGARDING AN APPOINTMENT. THE SALESMAN WAS VERY COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PUNCTUAL AND HONEST. HE TALKED ME OUT OF BUYING MORE EXPENSIVE FLOORING BECAUSE I WASN'T GOING TO STAY IN MY HOUSE LONG ENOUGH TO RECOVER THE COST OF SUCH AN EXPENSIVE REPLACEMENT. I REALLY APPRECIATED THIS HONESTY. HE COULD HAVE SOLD ME MORE EXPENSIVE FLOORING, BUT HE DIDN'T. I REALLY THINK HE WAS MORE CONCERNED ABOUT MY NEEDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF A SATISFIED/REPEAT CUSTOMER.
Description of Work: WE HAD NEW FAMILY ROOM CARPET INSTALLED. THEY REMOVED THE OLD CARPET AND PADDING AS WELL.
