Carpet Installation
THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN RETURNING OUR CALL REGARDING AN APPOINTMENT. THE SALESMAN WAS VERY COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PUNCTUAL AND HONEST. HE TALKED ME OUT OF BUYING MORE EXPENSIVE FLOORING BECAUSE I WASN'T GOING TO STAY IN MY HOUSE LONG ENOUGH TO RECOVER THE COST OF SUCH AN EXPENSIVE REPLACEMENT. I REALLY APPRECIATED THIS HONESTY. HE COULD HAVE SOLD ME MORE EXPENSIVE FLOORING, BUT HE DIDN'T. I REALLY THINK HE WAS MORE CONCERNED ABOUT MY NEEDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF A SATISFIED/REPEAT CUSTOMER.
