Just wanted to give a big shout out to Chris Carroll,
realtor from Remax. Chris recently was the realtor when I sold my house and in
the past helped my son buy his first home. I can?t say enough about how great
the experience was each time. Chris is really a throwback to when customer
satisfaction and responsiveness was important.
Day, night or on the weekends he always would answer my calls and get
back to me. If he was tied up in a meeting he would text to let me know he?d
call back as soon as he was done. From setting the right price, to suggestions
for staging all the way through to settlement he was with us every step of the
way. Thanks to Chris?s judgment and guidance we had an offer in 36 hours at
more than our listing price. I would
highly recommend Chris when you need a realtor. You won?t be disappointed.
