Great! Bryan and his team we responsive, professional and reasonably priced. Work was done when and as promised.

Our gas hot water heater had begun to leak during the recent snow storm. I called Brian at Howard County Plumbing in the morning and Brett and Brian had a new hot water heater installed by 6pm that evening. They were able to give me an accurate, reasonable quote and even suggested installing an over flow pan with an alarm to prevent damage down the road. The hot water heater works great!! They did an excellent job of removing the old water heater and cleaned up when they were finished. Howard County Plumbing will now have all our plumbing business. I have only great things to say.

Work was done perfectly. Brett and Terrell were prompt, polite and good workers. I asked about a problem I was having unrelated to the work they were there to do and they got Ms Utility out the same afternoon so they could solve the problem the next morning.

Mr. Brett Strand worked on removing the old pump and installed the new pump that we provided. I called and scheduled the work for the same day. He came promptly as promised and did a neat work. He explained whenever there was a question about the installation during the work. We are happy that the sump pump is working well.

I needed a new faucet in my bathroom and my hot water heater was acting up.  The price was great and best of all the service was second to none.   I have used other plumbing companies in the past.  This is the best on by far.    Great experience!!!

We replaced the old washing machine with a brand new one thinking that it would solve the issue.
Same thing occurred even with the new washer. This happened on Sunday.
I called Howard County Plumbing on Monday morning. Spoke to Bryan, the owner. He immediately scheduled one of his men on the same day between 11:00am-1:00pm. Terrell came as scheduled. According to tenant, Terrell was professional and thorough. He diagnosed it as clogged main line to sewer possibly caused by tree roots. They offered a one-year warranty on labor & parts.
I hope that clogged drain has been repaired, that it is not going to be an ongoing issue.
Overall, I like the company due to its responsiveness. My tenant thinks that we should hire them again in the future.
As for the price I paid to unclog the main line to sewer using a larger snake ($245), I'm not sure if it is reasonable.

Technician Terrell arrived on time and quickly went to work replacing a water shutoff valve.  Didn't try to over-sell or replace anything more than necessary.  Job was completed quickly, professionally, at a reasonable cost.

Howard County Plumbing Service is a great company. Bryan, the owner, is wonderful to work with--he is quick to respond to calls and follows up when the work is completed. They also do their best to schedule you quickly so that the problem is resolved sooner rather than later. At one point after a repair, we still had a small issue to address and they came out quickly to fix the problem and they didn't charge extra because it was related to a repair they had just completed. We have also worked with Brett and Terrell, who are also very courteous, efficient, and respectful of our home. Most importantly, Bryan is honest in his pricing; that's a quality that seems rare these days. We are happy customers and will continue to use them!

Another plumber replaced the diverter cartridge in our main shower last week. After this, we noticed there was a noise each time the water was turned on anywhere in the house (showers, dishwasher, washing machine). A friend recommended that we call Howard County Plumbing Service. We called Bryan today and he sent someone over same day. Despite being brand new, the cartridge that was installed by the other plumber was bad. HCPS replaced the cartridge and the problem is now fixed. HCPS was responsive, professional and the cost was reasonable. We will definitely contact them for any future plumbing needs.

They are fast to help, and when they make suggestions are what fixtures we want, they make great suggestions for people on a smaller budget. They don't pressure you to buy the most expensive products, and they also do a great job.

I appreciate the hard work and professionalism of the team. We had a minor setback w/ a power outage (nothing to do with the plumbing) so Bryan and his team lost half a day. To Bryan's credit, he made up the time on a Saturday to make sure I didn't go the whole weekend without water.

Passed inspection - no problem.

6 months later, everything is perfect - no issues.

I was given a half hour window for appointment. Plumber called before
the appointment and gave me an arrival time in the middle of the window
and arrived on time.
Plumber was professional, courteous and
knowledgeable. He diagnosed the source of the toilet leak. He replaced
the the supply line and adjusted the toilet tank. He also tighten up a
supply line valve that had been leaking. Plumber was very efficient and
explained everything to my satisfaction. I will be using this company
again for future plumbing work.

My husband and I wanted to change the layout of our bathroom to put in a larger tub. Bryan from Howard County Plumbing Service came out and after I explained what we planned to do he was able to suggest his own ideas which actually worked out better. The plumbing was great and the fixtures and toilet he recommended turned out perfect. He did great work and was able to accommodate our busy schedules. I feel they have a lot of experience and I would recommend them to everyone.
