The entire process from first contact to delivery of the rug was outstanding. The opening of the rug was even better.....they made it look like new. What a great job and what great customer service!!!!

They are terrific. Pro-active by recommending affordable repairs and pads after they had time to examine the 8 or 10 rugs they picked up from our house. Both were needed more than we realized. The cleaning and delivery and help with install were much better than We had expected. 5-star. I will recommend them!

Ariana Rug Cleaning was quick to return my initial call requesting information about their service and prompt in returning text about delivery. They listened to what I wanted and made sure I had a clear understanding of their services. My rugs were delivered looking like new! Staff is friendly and polite.

I have 2 full size and 3 smaller runners that are 30+yrs that have never been cleaned (which I’m not proud of)! Over the past few years, a particularly busy grandchild had made several hidden stains (red punch, candy, cupcake icing, etc.) that were very recently discovered to my great shock!! I reached out to several Oriental rug cleaning companies and settled on Ariana Rug Cleaning. Their response & scheduling time was prompt. I was not given false hope about removing “ALL THE STAINS!” I must say that I was EXTREMELY impressed with the results!! The rugs look SPECTACULAR!! The damage of “THAT” grandchild is no longer visible!! I was informed when the initial delivery date had to be rescheduled due to the “humidity level” in the largest one. I will definitely refer Ariana Rug Cleaning to anyone in need of their services.

Extremely well! The rug they cleaned was 'totaled' by insurance. They got the dirt and dog urine out, to make it look good as new. I am able to use it, so that's telling!
