I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR A SERVICE CALL THAT DID NOT FIND A PROBLEM. THEY WERE PROMPT IN COMING OUT, BUT COULD NOT FIND THE CAUSE TO THE PROBLEM.

TOWN SECURITY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN ALARM SYSTEM. WE WERE SO PLEASED THAT WE RECOMMENDED THEM TO A OWNER OF A COMPANY AND THAT COMPANY NOW HAS TOWN SECURITY. THEY MONITOR OUR SYSTEM AND WE HAVE HAD FALSE ALARMS AND THEY CALL TO CHECK IF EVERYTHING IS OK. IT GIVES US PEACE OF MIND WHEN WE GO TO BED AT NIGHT.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE BY TOWNE SECURITY. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT, NEAT, AND COURTEOUS. EVEN THOUGHT THEY WERE WORKING ON A PER/HOUR BASIS, THEIR WORK DID NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF TIME THAT I WAS QUOTED IN MY ESTIMATE.
