The actual facts are it was NOT a warranty repair as also agreed upon by the BBB when you filed your claim there and they awarded in Prestige favor. Please stop slandering our company. Your wife was the only one that did not want our good will work performed since it was an inconvenience to park outside. We did have costs involved in sending a crew to your home only to be asked to leave. The communication only stopped when you filed and lost your BBB complaint. If you have a warranty issue that is our fault and not yours, we will gladly address it as long as you own the home, and can be transferred."

1. Unsatisfactory work, not according to expectations.
2. Thief! (A strong yes) because the company went ahead and charged my credit card for the remainder of the balance, which was unauthorized. I had never given them prior permission to do so. At this time of writing, reports are being filed.
3. They sent a crew out to try to complete the job according to my expectations and arrived my house at 7:30 PM at night. Yes, at 7:30 PM! The job would have taken at least 2-3 hours or more. The company was expected to arrive on site in the afternoon within a reasonable timeframe during normal business hours. Further, application of epoxy needs to be done right as there are a couple of steps involved in the process, requiring time for epoxy to adhere properly. It was outrageous and ridiculous for them to expect me to allow them to work at late night. The crew said they had two jobs before mine and looked very exhausted and cranky with an attitude when they arrived on site. In addition, they would have done the job poorly due to inadequate lighting in the garage and exhaustion.
4. Utter deception. The company was supposed to apply epoxy on the walls (serving as borders) as it's part of the floor. There is a picture on their website, which shows that. Chris Adolph refused to have their crew apply epoxy as he stated it was too late. Then, his partner/co-owner, Hammond Brown said no it's not too late (Refer to #3). Posting pictures on the Internet and not doing what is shown is deceptive marketing at best.
Lastly, I would not even be surprised if the company tries to respond and twist things around in an attempt to look innocent, I have e-mails as proof and am taking action against the company in multiple ways. Can you imagine a company stealing your money without your authorization? (Refer to #2).
Consider yourselves forewarned if you are looking to do business with Chris Adolph and Hammond Brown, both co-owners who are engaged in deceptive, unethical practices. They only care about money and not about you and the end result. I hope this review helps others think twice and hire another company who does business in an ethical manner.
UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO PRESTIGE'S REPLY: Again, it's packed with lies, which I will not dignify with a response. Potential customers, I strongly suggest that you stay away from this company. Beware!
"Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns and we’re sorry we could not please you. We have been in business for over 19 years and perform installations on over 1,000 customers per year. In our time we can count on one hand the number of customers that have been dissatisfied. We do our best to make them happy, as we tried with you, but we feel you would did not want to work together. We performed everything on the work order that we contracted for and you agreed upon when you signed the work order. You agreed to pay the balance during installation and your card was charged by our accounting department days after your installation was complete per the contract. You were at our $1,500 minimum for your floor, and the walls cost more. For 2 years you emailed us asking about better pricing, but that is our minimum for your area. You never once mentioned the walls. Some pictures on our site have the walls done, many others do not. You had asked the installers when they were finished day 1, which it was too late. After the installation, you spoke to a representative at the office, which offered at no charge to come out and come up the walls to make you happy (since you were happy with the floor but enraged about the walls). He told you that our crew in VA would be coming out after they finished up a job not far from you. The crew called you in the morning to let you know you were on the schedule for later and then again at 6:30 and said they were getting something to eat and would be over there. They were told it was okay to come. They arrived at 7:30 and your wife let them in the garage, showed them how high up to go and they began taping. There was no equipment needed and no noise was made. You came out and started beating your chest screaming and then threw dirt on one of our employees and starting hitting him with a broom. That behavior will not be tolerated, so they left. There will be no coming back. We asked you to write an apology to the employee you assaulted and you scoffed. We did what we could to make you happy without scheduling you 5 weeks out where we are booking, and you never mentioned that time being a problem until they got there. We also have everything documented, which you should review as there are a lot of inaccuracies. We do not need to twist anything around to look innocent. We have been around almost 20 years with amazing ratings/reviews, Angie's List Super Service Awards, BBB awards, and tens of thousands of happy customers. That speaks volumes among itself."

With a solution to make the floor more absorbent. Put on a coat and dropped the confetti to give it color and texture.
They gave it a day to dry and let the confetti stick. They swept of the remaining confetti and coated the basent with their epoxy.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the entire team from the sales personnel to the employees who did the actual work for me. I was able to receive a quote and agree on a contract using the internet with little fanfare. I was given dates for the work to be done and the job was delivered as promised on those dates. However, the most pleasant and surprising part of this experience was how beautiful my garage floor looks. The cracks have been filled and have disappeared. A low spot at the corner of the door has been filled-- something I never expected. There is no evidence of any old flaking paint, all the stains are gone and the floor looks better than it did when we moved into the house 38 years ago. Thank you, Prestige. "Thank you for your review! We had a pleasure working with you. You may be looking at your original work order; if you recall, you upgraded your finish during the installation to our Premium finish which is in the middle of all the coatings we carry (2 above and 2 lower). The final work order that has the "paid" watermark across it reflects your final finished product. The other aspect that increased your price was the optional stem walls. Our average customer has 10-20 sq ftof vertical stem walls. Yours were very large at 50 sq ft. Regardless, we both know you have a quality product that will outlive us all. You did it right the first time, so you don't have to worry about it peeling and having to do it multiple times like some other people who bought from the big box stores.
