Luna's House Inc

This place was a Godsend. Two of our dogs were newly adopted and borderline friendly. Not only did these people stay open late to accommodate our DC delayed journey, but they let our dogs acclimate to them and ease into the unfamiliar place. We rarely trust anyone to care for our dogs, but after speaking with them on the phone, and experiencing their love of dogs, I’d never consider another care giver.

We've had dogs our whole life. We wanted to give them some dogs and none of them were over 4 years. Their argument was that we needed to take the animals to them so they can ensure that they are in good condition. If you are a rescue and picky about the animals you take that doesn't look good. We offered to do a luncheon for  them for free and they were saying they will only let us do it if we serve vegetarian food. And we ended up raising a couple thousand dollars for them. They are not grateful for what they got.

Excellent service. Made themselves available to us for a daily check-in by phone since we had no experience with this dog at any boarding service.

The folks at Luna's House's Moondrop Inn cared for our two chinchillas and two rabbits while we were out of town for the holidays. We felt very comfortable leaving our pets with the knowledgeable staff. The facility was very clean and bright. There is separate boarding for dogs, cats, and other critters so our pets did not hear the dogs barking. Caretakers are on sight 24/7!! The best thing about boarding at the Moondrop Inn... the profits from the boarding are put directly in Luna's House animal rescue.
