The selection of programs is fine. The internet connection, at times, seems somewhat slower than what it's promoted to be. It's very hard to get them on the phone. The service is probably a 7. The customer relations is the really the worst part. It's probably 2 or 3. The price is high. The customer service is awful. They don't come here on time but at least they tell you that they are going to be late.

We have used them for 4 or 5 years. We use them because we can bundle everything. Their customer service is not always the best, but it is easier than dealing with multiple providers. They are trying to raise their prices so I will call them on Monday to lock in the prices that we had. We don't have the basic, but we also don't have the premium, we have one in the middle.
