SUCCESS DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION

Overall, from start to finish, they were very professional and quick.  We had a few issues with the start date being pushed back, due to inclement weather and his main worker being sick, but Ken kept us up to date on what was going on and when they thought they would be able to start (I also believe we were not charged for the "tenting" of our porch because of the delays).  We were concerned it wasn't going to be started or finished by Christmas, but we were assured it would be and it was completed.  My only real complaint after the project was finished was I did not like the way the membrane/wood floor looked at the edge of the porch, where the steps meet the porch, and thought it would be more finished and durable with a metal toe guard/strip.  We contacted Ken and told him this and while it did take a little while for the piece to be made, once it came in Ken himself came out and added it to our porch without charge.
The finished porch looks amazing and the Lonseal comes with a 10 yr warranty (i believe).  We had other estimates for our porch, including new tongue and groove, but in the end while his estimate was just slightly cheaper for the waterproof membrane, we knew it would be a lot less maintenance than caring for wood so that is why we went with it.
