Gordon and Sean of Service Team of Professionals live up to their name. They were prompt, showing up within an hour of when we first contacted them. Furthermore, they let us know when they would be coming to follow-up, and actually showed at those times. They were consistent with communication. They were also present when the insurance adjuster came. This was helpful so they could show the work performed and make recommendations for repairs. In short, they were prompt, great communicators and helpful through the entire first part of a major home disaster. While this is a situation no-one wants to be in, their professional work has made this as easy a process as possible.
