Mike Brady does excellent work. He was a subcontractor on an earlier job for us, and kept the other subs honest, calling them back to finish their jobs properly. He always listens to us, and does an excellent job visualizing exactly what we want. The quality and craftsmanship is outstanding. The job gets completed in the right amount of time (not rushed, and doesn't drag on forever). When he uses the services of others, they have all lived up to his high standards. His prices are very competitive, but when you factor in the quality and reliability, you can't get a better deal.

M P Brady Inc researched a problem we had in the master bath wall of a home we were buying. We placed an urgent call to them upon discovering the flaw during our walk through. M P Brady responded and came to research the problem within a few hours. They corrected the problem and did an awesome job patching things up. Not only was this work completed on short notice, but we were accommodated during the holiday week.

I had a 35 year old concrete porch that was cracked and pitched toward my house. This caused water to pool against my house and subsequently rotted my sill plate. Charles A Pastrana and Sons was hired to remove and replace my porch. They recommended M P Brady to perform the sill repair. M P Brady was contacted, performed an inspection and provided a quote. The work was scheduled and was completed without a hitch. I commend M P Brady for the excellent communication and flexible schedule for the coordinated work.
