I called John around 8 am in the morning and he was at my doorstep by 9:30 am even earlier than he stated he would be which was great. I had a pipe leaking and also needed a new cut off valve. While this gentleman did clear the drain, it was not completely cleared, it only drained slowly, and would fill again, and then drain slowly. We contacted him twice after he left, no return contact. He seemed more interested in upselling and adding various things to fix.

JFK Plumbing owner, performed an evaluation of my existing sump pump issue and recommended it be replaced. I was ready to replace it due to its age. The pump he installed was the best replacement option with equal or better quality than the old one. It was a bit pricy, but you get what you pay for, hopefully. He arrived timely and worked efficiently, performing the task within the time frame he estimated during the evaluation. All work was completed and the area was left clean.
