pump was under warranty so only labor was charged to replace the pump

I have multiple rental properties in Edgewater, MD, and GAD Plumbing is my goto plumber for any and all plumbing problems.

They were great! did good work, and were efficient!

We had a significant problem with Sewer flies that were coming up out of the shower drains. GAD diagnosed the problem as the waste was collecting and not draining into the sewer. Instead it was leaking into the crawl space under the house with so much build up that it wasn't possible to see if we had cracks or broken connections. GAD installed a sump pump but advised us that we needed a company with a large pump to pump out the waste. The GAD plumbers returned when the company sent by our insurance company was on site so they could get right on the problem. That company just walked away from the problem but the GAD plumbers didn't. They identified one major blockage within a main line by removing one of the toilets and working a long snake from the top. (Note - blockage caused by pieces of plastic wrap going down the sink.) The GAD guys were also very honest about telling us that they couldn't be sure this was the only problem until the crawl space was pumped out and they could actually inspect the pipes under the house. Once the space was pumped out, the GAD plumbers returned promptly to finish the repairs. Couldn't be happier with their responsiveness and professionalism.

Arrived at scheduled time. Very courteous and explained discovered problem. Replaced spigot and tested. Cleaned up after himself. Also tested sump pump for me and educated on the system.

Workmen showed up on time and reconfigured plumbing under remodeled sink area. In simplifying old arrangment they had to drill through flooring and sub-flooring to reach drain to septic system. Their new design gave us more room under our sink even though the area available is smaller.

My experience overall was outstanding. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The pricing was very reasonable and lower than most other bids. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Arrived promptly, took off shower valve and cleaned out hot/cold water mixer. Working like new!

They are very professional, fast, and they do not keep you waiting. Charlie, the owner, is very personable and makes sure to meet the client on the initial visit. He has done work on our radiators throughout the house and was a big help when our boiler went out this past winter. He used his connections to get a company out here in a hurry to take care of it. I'm happy with their service and their rates. I would highly recommend them.

He's great. I've never used them for emergency service, but whenever I call them they're usually available the next day. It's a family company, he's got his sons and cousins.

They are not cheap but they are good. They do not have to come back, because they do it right the first time. They are very good and responsive. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great plumber.

We've used this company several times and have never had a bad experience. They show up when they say they will and do exactly what they've said they will do. The first time that we had them out, they did some plumbing magic that two other plumbers said could not be done.
