Faithful Services Inc

This company started out fine. They were replacing hardscape work at our home. They actually disappeared for a month and when I called to find out what was going on, I was told that the stone mason foreman was in Australia for four weeks with family and the owner of the company did not want to disturb him on his holiday. I though, okay...they'll call when he gets back. We received no call. I called again and was told that the owner of the company was on vacation with his family for two weeks. Okay. My husband emailed and asked when they would finish the work. We were given a date three of weeks ago. They never showed up, never finished the job, and now will not return telephone calls. The worst part of this is that I found this company in a Christian phone book. What disturbs me the most is that the owner and stone mason had the audacity to chastise us for harassing them to finish the work. Live and learn. We were asked to pay up front for the work to be finished -- which we did. I guess we are now headed to court to get our money back for the work they never completed. I would avoid this company at all costs. They are not only unfaithful, they are disrespectful!
