The Clean Team has been cleaning my home for the past 3 years on a biweekly basis. Initially, they cleaned a two-bedroom condo I was renting and now are cleaning the single-family house I own. Rachel sends a three-person crew every other week to dust, sweep, vacuum, and wet mop my 2 bedroom, office, and living room. They also clean 2 bathrooms and make up my bed (I provide the clean linen). They use vinegar to wet mop my hardwood floors which I prefer. The crew is also prompt and quite professional!

This is the first time I have used such a service, so I have nothing to compare against, but I am content with the work so far. Cleaning covers the basics for two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, etc.

The Clean Team did a move-out clean of my 3 story townhouse. They were by far the cheapest company I had gotten price quotes from. They might have been significantly cheaper because they do not include some things such as washing the baseboards and cleaning windows. They charge $5 extra per window to do windows, which I can gladly do myself to save $5 per window (I have 7!).
I only communicated with Rachel, the owner. She came for a free estimate about a month prior to the cleaning and was very professional. I tried contacting them through the company phone number with no answer multiple times. However, Rachel was very responsive via email, which is fine with me because email is easier for me to communicate with while working, moving, etc. Rachel always got back to me within an hour of sending an email.
I wasn't home at the time of the cleaning, but the team who cleaned did a fantastic job on my upper two levels where all the bedrooms and two of the bathrooms are located. On the main floor where my kitchen, living room, dining room, and half bath are located was a slightly different story. Some parts of the kitchen were clean while other parts did not get the same attention to detail and were not up to the standards of a move-out clean. The floors looked like they hadn't been mopped well at all and there was still dirt and old spills on the floor. I notified Rachel that evening about the issues I saw post-cleaning. She was very apologetic and offered to go back herself and fix the issues. She came back to my house two days later and fixed everything I had told her about. Everything looks great now!  Although I wasn't very happy with having to get her to come back and I wish it had been done correctly the first time, I appreciate that Rachel took the time to follow through and fix her employee's mistakes. This shows me she cares about the work her company performes.

I called and spoke to Rachel.  She came out the same day and gave me an estimate.  She provided the services on the agreed upon day.  The work took longer than anticipated but she did not charge extra and the owner of the property was quite pleased with the results.

They were very thorough and that stood out to me. The work turned out very good.

They are fast, thorough, and reasonable.
They clean around my clutter and do a good job.

Met with Rachel.  She gave me estimate.  We scheduled work.  Work  was done.  No problems.  Great job.

They are timely and efficient. They do a great job and I recommend their services.

I am delighted to come home to a clean orderly home. There is never a problem if I need an extra (sweeping the deck or wiping down the interior fridge.)

They did two deep cleaning services for me which were good.  I then set them up for a weekly cleaning schedule a and they were notpunctual.  They never communicated to cancel or confirm appointments.  I never heard from them to confirm our last appointment, they never returned my calls and didn't show up for the previously scheduled appointment.

Rachel, the owner of Clean Team, came over the same day I contacted her to provide an estimate.  The service is great, and the price is more than fair.  They show up reliably and do an excellent job of cleaning the house.  I would recommend Clean Team to everyone.  Clean Team was the third company we tried before being satisfied.  The other companies did less and less every time, but Clean Team has been consistent for the entire time.
