When I picked up my car I drove it a total of 13 miles home and then 3 miles to work and three miles back home on the ride home I tried turning on the heater and cold air continue to come out of the heater even at full blast then the check coolant level light went on luckily I was only 2 miles from home when I got home my car was smoking with a burning smell coming from the front grill. This repair shop was referred and suggested to me by the local rental car company I've never used them before but obviously the repair was performed with disastrous results. My car is a Mercedes GLK and the insurance company was charged $17,000 for the repair the value of the car before the Collision was probably $19,000

This time, in August 2014, our vehicle was declared totaled by the insurance company so there was no charge after it was towed to Classic Collision.

Frank at Classic Collision Center was very helpful.  We wanted to just make the car driveable and safe to get it thru the winter.  As a 15-year old car, we weren't looking to make it look like new.  Frank understood and worked with us to meet our needs, helping us to identify must-have and nice-to-have repairs.
The work was done professionally, on time, and Frank even managed to save us a few more dollars below his estimated cost.  My wife and I were both amazed at how well it looked.  We've been driving it for a couple of weeks now, and there have been absolutely no problems with the repairs.
Although we hope we don't hit any more deer, if we do, we'll be glad to return to the Classic Collision Center for repairs.

They were wonderful and absolutely marvelous. I have a physical problem and losing my car was difficult. So they got all the parts together and when they were totally ready they did my car in one day so that I could keep my car until then. Everything was done well. They were responsive.
