Home Building
Classic rip-off builder.  Basic specs are so low-end that a house built with them will automatically cost 15%+ more than their sticker price to simply get it up to standards.  Lacks transparency on pricing.  Refuses to provide timelines or details on construction process unless absolutely pressed - and even then does so only partially or to their convenience.  No accountability for details and timelines-  errors throughout the process.  Hires the cheapest possible, low-end, dregs of subcontractors to pad their own bottom line.  This company and their leadership are completely unqualified as a general contractor.  Company has the lowest credit rating possible for a business and can no longer do business in Delaware.  Failed subdivision in Rockville.  Multiple lawsuits by subcontractors and prior breaches of the standard commercial code.
