We are a Elna,Janome,and Necchi sewing dealer,Miele dealer, Sebo dealer, Simplicity dealer and alot more vacuums to much to count!!! 2-Man operation, smooth & effective. The CEO & Owner Mr.Chapman and his Asst.Mgr. Mr. Flores. Both are PROMPT-PLEASANT & PROFESSIONAL. I have purchased (4) different Vacs over a (2) two year duration. The Service contact was simply frosting on the cake. The products were CUSTOMIZED to meet and exceed my operational requirement at my home and my away from home in Ocean City Maryland. I have become an educated consumer and unfortunately totally mesmerized by the products and in fact plan to make my next purchase within (2) two weeks!

They gave me a very nice trade in credit at $40 per vacuum. It was an A number 1 experience. They are currently reviewing my purchase options. The staff was a group on true professionals. They listen, they learn, and then they act. I've been given a very generous trade in rebate on 6 previously owed vacuums. Now the owner/operator is viewing my options. I hope to gain access to my new or previously owned vac ASAP. These guys know their business. I'm glad I found them.
