Initially Brady's voice mailbox was full and I couldn't contact him, but tried again a week later with success. Once I made contact with Michael Brady, he came out to inspect my tree, which had been planted too close to the house and had roots which were damaging the concrete. He returned and removed the tree and ground the stump, leaving the area clean of debris.
