"This client of Oxford, Maryland, initially contracted American Irrigation for the installation of a Sprinkler System in 2007. After all work was completed, the client then had major renovations to the property including grading, pool installation, new walkways and the erecting of multiple buildings including a pool house, causing the original sprinkler system to be destroyed. With many accommodations made on our part, temporary systems were established to ensure the function of the sprinkler system, preserving the clients’ substantial landscape investment, during the time of new construction. We at American Irrigation feel every effort was made to accommodate above mentioned client and was under the impression that the client was satisfied based on the appreciation expressed verbally by the client and the fact that continued and additional services were requested over a 2 year period of time, in which the quality of services provided were not questioned. If our services were deserving of a grade C then we here at American Irrigation are PROUD to be a grade C service provider."
