Special order cabinets were delivered and job started on time. 2 week job turned out to be a month and we are installing additional handles that had to be ordered ourselves since it would be impossible to get contractor back. Cabinets are a good quality for the price. As a company in a relatively small town Tidal should make more of an effort to please their customers.

We worked with Teri to select from their showroom and catalogs the vanity we wanted. We carefully went over the drawings and specifications with her but she kept sending us something else. Whenever we called she could never find our folder. She was personally very sweet and helpful but a bit disorganized and distracted. She even went with us to a Granite facility and spent hours helping us to select a granite slab for our kitchen but then never followed up with us in the process (we went with another company for this). I think she forgot. When the vanity was made it was delivered to their warehouse but then we discovered that there was a $200 fee to deliver it 7 miles to our house! We arranged for a friend to pick it up in his pick up and then to install it.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB ALSO. I WAS IMPRESSED AND PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED AND THEIR WORK. THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND USE THEM AGAIN.
