They had to refit the doors and took special care that the hung evenly and worked smoothly, including the bi-fold doors. I will use him again for other projects.

Very unprofessional. Said he would show up at a certain time and showed up hours later. The whole job took too long and was done incorrectly the first time. 

Mr. Barry and his two coworkers were polite, professional and knowledgable. They did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again.

.The steps at my Oyster Cove condo and the railings had rotted and needed to be rebuilt completely. Rick evaluated the work, provided a very fair price and promptly replaced the steps. He found design problems that he corrected and made the steps and rails stronger and better than they were originally built 25 years ago. He was prompt, courteous and very reasonable. I will call him again for future work.

I called Mr. Barry at 9am on May 5 and asked if he could stop by to look at the 6 twelve inch tiles that were loose in our master bath. He said that he could come after lunch. He arrived at 12:30 and was ready to do the job. He had all the tools and an assistant. They went to Lowes for adhesive and grout. By 4 pm they had removed and cleaned the tile and had glued them back down. The adhesive has to cure for 24 hrs before the grout can be applied. He returned the next morning and after one hour the job was completed. He is very professional and knows what he is doing.

I was very pleased with his professionalism and flexibility. He made it very easy for me to spruce up my mom's house as a gift and help with all things my husband and I would help with if we didn't live so far away. My mom was very happy with Mr. Barry. His work was excellent, he was very proactive and extremely helpful. I would definetely reccomend Mr. Barry.

I chose Mr. Barry based on the positive reviews and ratings he received on Angie's list. He was very responsive and prompt. That is where the positive aspects of his work ended. He did not do all the work I had asked him to do and charged me $600 for half a days work (himself and an assistant). I called him a few days later to come to complete the work and to fix some things I was not happy with. He said he would get back to me. He never did. After a few weeks I wrote him a letter to explain in detail why I was not happy with his work and asked him to make things right so that I would not have to submit a negative review. That was several months ago and he has never responded.

The work was 1st class, the price was fair, and within the estimated range, and, once the work started, it proceeded without interruption, to a satisfactory conclusion. I have used his company, Baily Marine and the current operator, Mark Hill, numerous times since always with complete satisfaction

Barry is an excellent handyman. Barry and his assistant are professional and very knowledgeable. I would definitely be using them again for any of my handyman needs.

They have done a wonderful. They leveled everything so the windows fit correctly. They cleaned up after themselves. There is nothing that would indicate they had been here other than their good work.

He told me he was on Angie's List. Two guys came out and they were here all day. They did a very nice job, did not take any breaks and presented themselves well. Their price was not bad.

It was great. I called him, he came over, checked out the house, made a recommendation, went to purchase what was needed. He came back the following day with his assistant, and installed the cover. I found him to to be prompt, courteous, professional, ad very knowledgable.

Mr. Barry did some repair work to our roof and vinyl siding to repair damage from the hurricane. He arrived promptly and got right to work. He made an effort to get us a good price on materials, and was very professional at all times. I will call Mr. Barry again the next time we need something done.

Very prompt project review and estimate. Was on job site two days after approval of estimate. Superb workmanship, commitment to all details. Very personable, honest, and I will use him again and recommend to others!

Richard was on time and was reasonably priced. He was not in a rush and did quality work. Very pleasant person. I was very happy with his work and will call him again when needed.

Rick does excellent work, takes pride in his work, includes an itemized bill, and charges a very fair price for his time. He also likes to talk. His assistant, Eric, is deaf.

He did a great job and was very reasonably priced - he did not mark up materials. Rick shows up on time and works until the job is complete.

Richard Barry and his partner were fantastic. What a pleasure to have worker's return your phone call quickly, show up when expected, do great work at a reasonable rates. this is a rarity in today's world.

Good service but rather talkative

The work was performed flawlessly, no wasted time or motion. They knew exactly what needed to be done and did it. They obtained all paint and materials and left any excess with us.
