They did a very good job for me and they scheduled things easily. They were pretty reasonably priced but I cannot remember what the amount was. They were very informed and very professional especially their customer service people. Their service worked and they got the job done. I have no more ants and spiders in the house. I am sure that their price could be cheaper but when I used a cheaper company, they did not get the job done right. I am using them again in the future. I got a service contract with them so they are going to come every two months.

The provider showed up on time, was polite and well mannered. We don't where shoes in the house and he did not ask or other but the protective boots over his feet. Guess I should have said something but he did not have to go onto carpeted surfaces inside the house. Sprayed for ants and explained that they may still be around for a week. If they are still around after a week to call and they would come back for free based on the contract. Well, the ants returned and called again to have them come out. No charge this time and different technician came out. Place poison and sprayed certain areas. After a week, ants have disappeared and have not returned.

They have great rates and do a great job. They send the same technician every time and he is very trustworthy. He also gets along with our dogs. He remembers the house and where we've had problems in the past. They're very reliable. I would definitely recommend them.

The general service has been fine. There is nothing particular about them. There is not a whole lot of face to face interaction. The send me a card saying they will be doing the exterior on a certain date. If I want them to come inside, I give them a call and they spray inside for other pests you know what ants or what have you. They do that when we set up the appointment. That is about it.

They provided good service. They have been very responsive with any questions or issues.

We switched to Orkin after Terminix couldn't fix out ant problem. Orkin took care of the problem on the first visit. It only took one application, and my problem was solved. They are friendly people. The techician that comes out is friendly and curtious. He is very professional. They wll send you a notice in the mail ahead of time to let you know what day they are coming on.

I like that they are a name brand. I have a yearly contract and they come once a month. Their service has been good so far. They get the job done. I've only been with them for a year. Their price is in the ballpark with everyone else. They come right away.
