We have always been very satisfied. They honor their promised appointment time. The waiting area is comfortable with coffee available. The owner was very helpful to my daughter....He basically took her owners manual and patiently explained the details of her warranty maintenance requirements.

I was experiencing a shimmy/vibration of sorts when slowing down and /or braking in my 2008 Chevy Equinox. I went to Mid Atlantic Tire
as they are the only service center I have the trust and confidence in to safely and correctly manage all my vehicle needs on the eastern shore of Maryland.
I spoke to Terry Johns the owner who has always exuded the highest quality professionalism and knowledge in any automotive service establishment I have been to in my 30 plus years of driving and owning vehicles of many types. Terry as always approached the situation with concern, caring and understanding. Terry wrote up the work order and passed it to the technician that normally cares for my car, Carlos.
Carlos is simply incredible. His technical expertise has never failed at any task presented to him concerning my vehicle and has never had to refer work out.. As usual Carlos determined that my 2 front tires were a bit out of balance and the front end aliment needed some adjustment. Once Carols completed the required work there was no longer a shimmy/vibration when slowing or braking.
To some these may appear to be simple task but, for me it is piece of mind that my vehicle will operate safely.
The entire staff (Terry, Rich, Carlos Ryan and Cody) at Mid Atlantic Tire are always at the top of their game and ready to take on any challenge. The price, quality, expertise, knowledge, courtesy and professionalism are the epitome of a successful a business.
Mid Atlantic Tire is an example for others to follow.
