Jennifer is an excellent real estate attorney. She represented my parents at their closing. She even offered to take all the zillions of settlement legal forms to their house to sign because it's hard for them to get out (they're older). She was extremely punctual, and also found something amiss on the real estate purchase offer sheet and researched it to protect my parents. I'd highly recommend her service.

We were delighted to find a title company where an attorney handled all the details of our closing. This gave us the assurance that everything was done properly even though we paid the same (or maybe less) than other title companies in the area. We found the service to be excellent and truly enjoyed the experience. With all the uncertainly in the real estate market today it certainly made us feel better having a lawyer handle our settlement.
